职位描述:
Job Responsibilities: 
1) Member or project manager of mobile roll-out team for SSC establishment during initial stage of new provincial branch 
2) Develop market entry strategy for bancassurance at location of new SSC and provide sales related assumptions for business plans compiled at SDD for new provincial branches or SSC’s (including information about competitors best-selling products through this distribution channel and evaluation of this channel’s relevance for distribution at new business location) 
3) Recruitment sourcing and organization of training for bancassurance sales managers at newly established sales service centers (first batch of SSC) 
4) Prospecting and business initiation with individual bank branches in the location of a new SSC until hand-over to local bancassurance manager(s) 
5) Implement other assignments in rolling out of sales service centers that may be allocated to this position by the SDD department head or the project manager 
Qualifications: 
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in Insurance, Economics or other relative subjects. 
2) More than five years experience in insurance industry, familiar with bancassurance channel 
3) Have sound knowledge of financial industry, especially of insurance industry
